Entries are now open for the 2027 Nicholas Tarling Aria Competition, with an exciting new format offering singers the opportunity to perform with the Manukau Symphony Orchestra. Open to singers of all ages across three divisions, the competition will culminate in a Gala Finale with the MSO, featuring six Emerging Artist finalists alongside the winners of the 18 & Under and Tarling Trophy divisions. With $15,000 in prize money, entries are open until 15 November 2026.
