Nora Qu is a dedicated young flautist with a deep passion for music. She has been playing the flute for three years and currently studies under the expert guidance of Professor Uwe Grodd. She loves how music conveys emotions and tells stories without words, constantly striving to expand her repertoire and refine her technique.
Nora’s achievements include earning distinction in ABRSM Grade 8 in 2024 and serving as Principal Flute in St Cuthbert’s Honours Band. In recognition of her talent and dedication, she was awarded the Year 6 Music Cup at St Cuthbert’s 2023 Prizegiving. Most recently, her role as Principal Flute in the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestral Summer School earned her well-deserved praise.
